Yes. I studied Exercise Science and Physical Educaton and received my Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University. I later did a professional internship with Makeplays.com in Phoenix AZ. I worked for over ten years in a large commercial gym specializing in personal training.

Of course, you can train alone. My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that suits your requirements, adresses your problems, and helps you reach your goals. I am your body's professional advisor. I will remind you when your posture is not quite right or if you are putting an emphasis on the on the wrong muscle groups for a specific exercise. These small things can have a huge impact on your results and overall body health.

How often you train is entirely up to you! It all depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are to reach your goals. On average, many of my clients will train with me three times a week.

Yes! I have many clients that combined Warrior Classes and Personal Training in their weekly workout routine. Together, we can decide what is best for you, to make the most of your time and money.
